Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern purchases and use of digital products sold by Tonya Creative Studio. By purchasing or downloading a product, you agree to these terms.

1. Digital products

Tonya Creative Studio sells premade digital design assets, including editable Canva templates and related PDF access instructions. No physical item will be shipped. We do not currently offer consultations, custom design or other personalized services.

2. License

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to customize and use the templates to create finished social media content for one business or brand.

You may not resell, share, sublicense, copy, redistribute or make the editable templates or access link available to another person. You may not claim the original template designs as your own or use them to create competing templates for resale.

3. Canva and third-party platforms

A Canva account and internet access are required to edit the templates. Tonya Creative Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by Canva or Instagram. Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.

4. Product information

We aim to describe every product accurately. Colors may appear differently across screens. Preview images are examples; photographs, names, prices and business details shown in templates are demonstration content and should be replaced by the purchaser.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment, normally through a download or email containing the access PDF. The purchaser is responsible for providing a valid email address and saving the delivered files.

6. Intellectual property

All original template layouts, website content, branding and product materials remain the intellectual property of Tonya Creative Studio except for properly licensed third-party elements. The purchase transfers a usage license, not ownership of the underlying design.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the products for unlawful, deceptive, defamatory or infringing content, or in a way that violates the rights of others.

8. Disclaimer and liability

Digital products are provided as described and results depend on how they are customized and used. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tonya Creative Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
